Interests: Holy crap, where do I start? Um, the 80's for starters. Anything that has to do with that decade. God is totally awesome! He rocks my socks with all the things He has done for me and through me. I absolutely adore music! It's so wonderful. Bands I like include but are not limited to Bon Jovi, Stryper, Bleach (they broke up), Skillet, Sanctus Real, Relient K, Agony Scene, Underoath, Haste the Day, All-American Rejects, Blindside, Chevelle, Disciple, The Elms, Falling Up, Dead Poetic, Project 86, Taking Back Sunday, and Good Charlotte (people criticize me for that one). There's a whole lot more but the list is so long, it's crazy! I like a wide variety of music. I can listen to pretty much anything. But I draw the line at country and rap. That kind of stuff is a no-no. Ok, one exception: John Reuben. He's really good and he actually has a band instead of a dumb DJ and he's a Christian rapper so it's all clean lyrics. Anyway, I play bass and piano. And I really like doing people's hair.
Expertise: Living without sleep for about a week and then only slightly catching up on the weekends. Finding where things are located at my Menards. Acting weird. Brushing my teeth.

| Wow, has it really been over a year since I've written anything? Yep, it has. How terrible of me! Where to begin? Ok well, I graduated from beauty school last April. Best day of my life so far I suppose. I only had to be there for a few hours (instead of the whole day) to finish up my 1550 hours of "education", it was my last day working at Menards (I can't stand that place anymore) and I got to go to the All American Rejects concert. What an awsome day! Now I work at Fantastic Sams in Brooklyn Park (the one on Zane, not by Festival Foods). I've been there for 9 months and it feels like so much longer. It's all I do now, yay, no more school! But I don't get very many hours cuz I think my manager hired too many people and our salon isn't that busy so the available hours are spread pretty thin. Ok, that's all I have for now. Keep it real homies! I'm kidding, if I talked like that I'd get slapped or something. Oh yeah, I got a new tattoo. Here it is. Sorry it's a bit blurry, you get the idea.

| So now that I have some free time, I think I'll write a little. I got my tattoo 2 days after my last post. It hurt a bit but you couldn't tell cuz I can tolerate pain pretty well I guess. It took 2 hours to finish and it looks pretty cool in my opinion. Ricky watched Rocky and Bullwinkle on his ipod. I tried to read a design book he brought along but I couldn't concentrate so I just decided to watch. Very fascinating! Alot of people got me snack food for my birthday and Christmas. I guess everyone is catching on that I'm a snacky person, I like eating. So everywhere I go there's something tasty I can munch on. I get to go see Bon Jovi next month. I am way excited! I screamed when I opened my present. So now my parents have to arm wrestle or something to decide who's going with me. So with that, have a nice day! | | |
| I finally decided to get my hair cut! All my hairs cut for those of you who are smartalecs and ask why I would only cut one hair. I did it on Tuesday. It looks very similar to, if not the same as, Nick Wheeler's (guitarist for the All-American Rejects) haircut. My parents and my little sister made a bunch of cookies this afternoon so there's cookie mess all over the kitchen. I love Hot Tamales! I hate my job and wish I could quit but I can't cuz then I wouldn't have a job and I wouldn't make any money and I need money for bills and stuff so therefore I must keep my job. Plus I do NOT want to work after school. I've done that before and it's simply too tiring. Hollister smells really REALLY good! Their cologne is my new favorite scent/smell, whatever you'd prefer to call it. I think I could stay in there all day just for the good smell of the place. But the music is a little on the loud side (for a store, where you need to be able to communicate with the cashier person, not too loud for my personal taste). My computer monitor says DELL on it. I wish it was summer so I could go jetskiing and I'd be done with school. I'm almost 19. I'm getting a tattoo on Monday. It's a red rose with two black tulips behind it. I'm getting it on my ankle so I can cover it up with pants if need be or show it off if I want. Miles is a cool dude. He's the guy that's doing my tattoo. My friend Natalie got her tattoo done by him. I'm supposed to ask him if he remembers a twitchy blonde girl. She's really weird. I got a facial today, as I do every Saturday that I don't have to be at school. Facials are wonderful things. If you've never gotten one, I suggest you do. Ok, I'm done. I can't think anymore. | | |
| So it's pretty sad. I'm a hairdresser and I don't know what to do with my own hair. I'm growing it out so I can cut it a certain way but this middle stage is driving me crazy!
Life is a bit on the icky side. I am sick of going to work and school. I wish school would hurry up and just get done so I can find a job at a salon and do just that. No more of this gone-from-home-12-hours-a-day thing.
